• Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• A successful track record of sourcing and recruiting in the Biopharmaceutical industry is a definite asset.
• Proven track record in driving and owning the Talent Acquisition processes while ensuring a successful candidate “journey” and hiring Manager satisfaction.
• Project Management experience is an asset.
• Experience working in a global/matrix organization is an asset.
• Advanced French and English, oral and written.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook, Taleo and the internet.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills; must be able to quickly engage discussions and build relationships.
• Strong operational background; including effective problem solving skills.
• Ability to work at all levels of the organisation; sourcing for junior and senior roles.
• Ability to innovate and improve currents practices/processes and share best in class with colleagues across Western Europe.
• Proven experience of advanced recruiting practices using social media.
• Learns fast, grasps the “essence” and can change course quickly when necessary.
• Deals comfortably with ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Professional, accountable, high energy and collaborative team player.
• Strong prioritization skills; Ability to manage a high volume of demands.
• Ability to work in an autonomous manner, in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
