Basic:

  • An essential requirement of your position is to meet health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territory. These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
  • Bachelor’s degree, biological sciences, pharmacy, or business related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful Specialty sales experience.
  • Able to demonstrate strong account management skills.
     

Preferred:

  • Proven excellence in multiple settings (i.e. All Star in multiple roles, franchises, and/or companies).
  • Understands key market segments and drivers (i.e. providers, payors, integrated delivery networks, distributors, specialty pharmacy, patients, patient advocates and policy makers).

  • Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance.
  • Learns, fast, grasps the “essence” and can change the course quickly where indicated.
  • Raises the bar and is never satisfied with the status quo.

  • Significant Work Activities and Conditions Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment 
     

Educational Requirements:


 

Minimum Education: 4 year Bachelor’s degree required BA/BS


Sales ability/persuasiveness, use of appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to facilitate an acceptance of an idea, plan, activity or product from targeted customers.
