What you like and what you will do:
  • You will design recruitment strategies, processes, and programs that will attract and acquire talent to ensure we deliver according to the Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs.
  • You will own the full life-cycle recruiting process and manage all phases of candidate engagement inclusive of sourcing, screening, phone interviews, pre-/debriefing meetings, face-to-face interviews and offer handling.
  • You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies for finding the top most talent and developing a sourcing plan for a sustainable candidate pipeline according to business needs.
  • Driving the Talent  Acquisition together with your business and your HR stakeholders is something you like.
  • You consider handling significant number of requisitions rather as a challenge than a burden.
  • You like working with data and therefore ensure that it is captured timely and accurately to enable all stakeholders making data-driven decisions and strategy formulation.
  • You actively build and manage your candidate network on a daily basis.
  • Using social media as a recruiting channel comes naturally to you.
  • You are interested in staying up to date and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Being a part of, and taking care of relevant projects outside the day-to-day, is something you seek

 What you bring:

  • A Master’s degree or equivalent
  • + 5 years of experience in agency and inhouse Recruiting and a good sense for new recruiting ideas to find the talents
  • A strong ability to prioritize and allocate your resources effectively
  • A high level of resilience and self-motivation
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • A valid working permit
