Position will be hired based on level of experience. 
  • BS in Immunology, molecular biology, or related field with at 5-7+ years of relevant experience or MS with 2-5+ years of experience  
  • Extensive expertise in mammalian cell culture/transfection and in vitro analytical techniques for protein characterization (such as ELISA, western blot, FACs & cell-based activity assays) is required
  • Experienced in cell isolation and culture of primary immune cells (dendritic cells, macrophages and T cells) is required
  • Proficiency in a wide range of molecular biology and immunology techniques (Molecular cloning, RNA isolation, c-DNA synthesis, qPCR, proliferation/cytotoxicity assays) 
  • Experience in extracellular matrix biology in mammalian systems is a plus
  • Experience with in vivo rodent models (IBD, CIA, xenograft) is a plus
  • Strong communication and organization skills, especially the ability to work across multiple scientific disciplines and functions
