Position will be hired based on level of experience. 

  • Bachelors, Masters or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Biology or closely related field with typically 7-10+(BS), 5-8+(MS), 0+(Ph.D) years of experience; Industry experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with generation and characterization of antibody drug conjugates; Preferably in the area of biotherapeutics
  • Proficient in analytical techniques including Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography (HIC)-HPLC, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS), Ion-Exchange (IEX), Reversed Phase (RP)-HPLC, and capillary electrophoresis (e.g. reduced and non-reduced CE-SDS, icIEF)
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge in protein purification using HIC, IEX, SEC and affinity chromatography
  • Experience with GE AKTA FPLC and unicorn software preferred
  • This position requires an individual who is proactive, enthusiastic, hard-working, organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment with proven problem solving skills
  • High-quality written and oral communication skills and the ability to excel in a collaborative environment are critical
