Education Experience/Qualification

• University graduate
• 3-5 years of sales supervising experience (as district manager) in pharmaceutical company or in Healthcare industry
• 2-3 years of SFE working experience will be a plus
• Training, coaching, or consulting experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and proficient negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Language proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Mandarin
• Computer literate, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
• Must be able to prioritize activities to maximize impact to business performance. Must be adaptable to shifting demands and able to persevere. Teamwork and customer service oriented.

• Internal: Business Unit, Sales, Marketing, Medical, Key Account, Human Resource, IT, Area (Regional) Commercial Excellence
• External: Training Consultant Companies / Event Companies
