  • Experience working in pharmaceutical industry. Academic and/or professional scientific background preferred. Substantial pharmaceutical experience required including minimum of 2 years Pharmacovigilance.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience of leading professional staff in a pharmaceutical company/Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) or regulatory agency required with proven ability to oversee, mentor and effectively manage and lead subordinates.
  • Education: Academic and/or professional scientific background. Advanced life-science degree (e.g. M.S, M.B.A, PharmD) preferred. Read, write, and speak fluent English and the local language.Understanding of PV case processing, medical terms, and medical causal relationships.Knowledge of EU regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of PV case processing, medical terms, and medical causality assessment.
  • Strong commitment to compliance with the relevant Abbvie requirements and European and local legal obligations.
  • Works independently, limited guidance/supervision. Excellent written skills and strong communicator in local language and English.
  • Excellent team working skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, strong planning and excellent organizational skills.
