CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·        Participate in the development of marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure their execution. 

·        Evaluate the practicality and potential of new products and market development.

·        Develop annual sales volume and profit forecasts, pricing and expense budgets. 

·        Forecast product requirements, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans.

·        Participate in planning sales promotion and advertising in support of existing products and determine market strategies and sales tactics to achieve product objectives.

·        Ensure all business activities comply with the relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards.

·        Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products.

·        Achieve sales, margin and market share annual goals.


 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

·        University degree (relevant academic background is preferred but not must)

·        1 to 8 years of professional Sales and Marketing experience in pharmaceutical company.

·        Experience with pre-launch marketing, disease awareness campaign in relevant TA are preferred

·        Comfortable working in cross functional environment

·        Languages: Fluent in English (verbal and written)

·        Strong communication, presentation abilities

·        Ability to effectively present information to stakeholders

·        Strong business awareness and analytical skills; strategic thinking

·        Proficient in MS (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·        Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
