The selected individual will have responsibility in MDM data analysis and will be the internal Single Point of Contact for MDM team and affiliates. This position will focus on partnership with affiliates for Commercial Master Data , discuss requirement with the affiliate and vendor, provide data quality measurements, that help Abbvie with data quality and consistent use of information across all systems. The selected candidate will collaborate with other capability towers like Architecture ant Integration and Business Analytics when data quality and support is required.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, contribute and participate with all stakeholders across BTS & Affiliates (Data Stewards) for MDM operational support
  • Guide the partner team to performs data, impact and root cause analysis of the data quality issues and drives corrective actions with the vendor
  • Partner closely with the Data And Analytics teams to deliver high data quality solutions to AbbVie International (Out Of US) business.

  • Be able to analyse data by him/herself and provide updates to stakeholders.

  • Participate in project management activities during MDM implementations.

  • Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on data. Incorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations.

  • Translates data gathered from user discussions into data requirements. Identifies business/system needs and recommends solutions. Assists with the testing and develops preliminary findings.

  • Analyse data and generate quality KPIs.
  • Strategic Thinking: 
    • Partners with key stakeholders and uses understanding of data quality, including measurements of outcomes and KPIs.

  • Project Delivery:
    • Get involved in PM tasks as part of the learning path for MDM

    • He/She will be also responsible to provide the right guidance and support to Abbvie affiliates, and their Data Stewards, through training plans, and keeping them updated as per product releases.

  • Relationship Management:
    • Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company

  • Abbvie will provide a learning path for Master Data Management.

Minimum Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills

Knowledge / Education Required:
  • Fresh Bachelor/Degree in Engineering or Science being an excellent opportunity to learn, growth and develop a career in Abbvie

  • Advanced-High English skill, as you’ll work in a multicultural environment and distributed teams.
