Knowledge/ Education Required:

  • Ideally currently, or have been, registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (or a State Nurses Association if relevant) whereby practice is permitted anywhere in Australia.

  • Have, or have had, a Division 1 registration
  • Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience, experience in both Primary and Secondary care

  • Proven IT literacy
  • Demonstrated competency in training, facilitation and presentations.

  • Knowledge of relevant Codes and Guidelines as approved by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia

  • Keen interest in developing and maintaining expert knowledge for assigned therapeutic area/product and in medical research in general

Experience Required:
  • Experience of facilitating/delivering secondary care services

  • Ideally, experience in clinical training of nurses and delivery of educational presentations

  • Preferably a professional background within the field of Neurology, Parkinson’s Disease and/or other Movement Disorders

Quality, Safety & Environmental Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular departmental meetings with manager/supervisor to build in continuous feedback mechanisms.

  • Meet the requirements of ISO and Class A by complying with all relevant Quality policies and procedures to ensure the Quality objectives of the business are met.

  • Comply with all relevant company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and work practices with the intent of preventing or minimising accidental exposures to self, colleagues and/or the environment.
