Customer Insight Partners

Reporting to the UK Head of Business Intelligence.

Based in our offices in Maidenhead.

Working across Immunology on both established and launch products

The role of the Customer Insights Partners is to ensure the provision of cost effective product and therapy area data, market research, and brand team insight generation to drive decision making.  Market research and insight gathering is undertaken in order to improve understanding of brand team opportunity areas and issues, and recommend solutions to the brand team (for example, perception of our products by customers, optimal pricing, impact of promotion against customers). The role improves decision making by providing an independent voice that challenges the BT strategy and performance on the basis of objective use of market data and market research.

Highlighted key responsibilities:

  • Data acquisition:  In consultation with Brand Team Leaders and Marketing Managers identify knowledge and information gaps which data, market research and brand team insight work can answer. 
  • Market Research:To organise and manage quality research programmes for products and therapy areas.
  • Market Understanding:  Provide informed analysis on AbbVie, products, therapy areas, and competitors in terms of performance, uptake, related issues, and promotion to proactively recommend appropriate action to help optimize product performance. 
  • Insight Generation:  To organise and manage brand team insights for products and therapy areas. 


Qualifications/Knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems.
  • Previous industry experienced and a good understanding of the NHS preferred.
  • Understanding of brand planning cycle and the role market research plays in the overall strategy.
  • Experience in project management and presenting market data.
