  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or any related field

  • 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience is required. This may be in a similar role with a combination of Pharma Sales. Experience in Specialty Sales is an asset

  • English, advanced level, oral and written

  • French, intermediate level, oral and written

  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook and Internet.

  • Able to provide strong patient empathy and understanding of customer needs when developing tailored messages and materials

  • Demonstrates a patient-centric but broad view across all customers and stakeholders   

  • Successfully manages projects & implements tactics, able to work independently but seek input at appropriate moments.        

  • Effectively communicates and influences all external/internal stakeholders. Must be comfortable in a matrix environment.

  • Presents confidently and fluently      

  • Develops innovative ideas and approaches

  • Contributes to the development of appropriate solutions to problems

  • Supports KPI tracking activities, leveraging strong analytical skills 

  • Healthcare environment and evolving landscape     

  • Channel mix techniques        

  • Business acumen      

  • Pharmaceutical industry business, policies and procedures

  • Basic marketing skills

Up to 10% of traveling as part of the job.

Valid passport is required.
