Education/Experience Eequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science or related field, or equivalent is required. Master’s degree is an asset.

  • Relevant business experience with proven track record of success within biotech/pharmaceutical.

  • Proven marketing experience, and relevant therapeutic knowledge (oncology or hematology)

  • Specialty pharmaceutical sales (Min. of 2 years).

  • Head Office experience, an asset (Min. of 2 years).

  • Experience in product launches and working with global teams an asset (Min. of x years) 

  • Marketing and other commercial experiences with an understanding of financial processes, market access, project management skills and knowledge of the Regulatory environment within biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred. 

  • Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timetables, targeting) and operating with execution excellence.

Essential Skills & Abilities:

  • Advanced French and English language proficiency (oral and written).

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).

  • Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks).

  • Travel required about 30 to 40 % of the time.

  • Valid driver’s licence and passport.

  • Contribute to the brand team as an effective and genuine team player

  • Prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the brand

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to the different stakeholders. Adapt key messages to the audience. Strong communications skills required (written and verbal).

  • Negotiate for resources.

  • Drive and manage projects.
