Bachelor degree in Science or Commerce
Pharmaceutical sales experience (minimum 2 years)

2-3 years of entry-level experience; i.e. market research, training or other

Brand management experience

Patient Support Program marketing experience

Strong digital marketing experience

English and French must be at advanced level, oral and written

Proficient in using MS Office Suite and all related new technologies in relationship to the role and the work environment.

Ability to:

Operate and communicate effectively in a matrix environment and ensure the flow of information.
Think at a strategic level and challenge status quo.
Prioritize to ensure effective time management and multi-tasking.
Analyze complex data and translate it into opportunities.
Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations. Tailor message to the different stakeholders.
Lead projects and motivate collaborators.
Demonstrate interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
This position requires availability and willingness to travel about 20% of the time within Canada and occasionally at an international level. A valid passport is required.
