Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with National Sales Director and their team of National Account Directors to align immunology business strategy with contract execution.  This includes working cross-functionally to provide marketing and analytical support through the deal process and deliver marketing resources and messaging to key National Account stakeholders.
  • Liaison with Pricing and Sales Forecasting during Plan/LBE and LRP cycles by providing insights on National Account formularies, rebates and additional anticipated rebates driven by market factors.
  • Lead Medicaid channel strategy and execution for Immunology portfolio
  • Partner with MABI teams on National Account analytics and access/lives reporting for AbbVie and competitive products across all key channels.
  • Maintain a pulse on key competitor price actions across all Immunology TA’s and report out to cross-functional audience as appropriate.
  • Provides positive leadership and influences cultural alignment with the Market Access Ambitious Cultural Vision.
  • Set tone and priorities for scale and scope of accountability. Influence and persuade across multiple external and internal stakeholders and partners.  Infuse AbbVie Ways of Working and Talent Philosophy in day-to-day leadership and management of the business.   Uses coaching effectively and efficiently to influence team and cross functional partners.
  • Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking and monitoring of projects by employing segmentation, positioning, innovation, creative development, investment optimization as needed. Able to build a value proposition by articulating the business strategy and economic choices for each stakeholder.



    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Financial and/or analytical experience required.
    • Marketing, Market Access, and immunology experience preferred. 
    • Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, market analytics valued.
    • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required
