PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Education: Bachelors or equivalent degree in Healthcare (e.g. Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy) preferred

  • Site Monitoring Experience: Minimum 5 years plus at least 1 year of direct line management experience preferred. Risk-based monitoring experience is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex issues from multiple perspectives and drive smart decision

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and with clarity, flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements, resourcefulness and creativity. Demonstrate proactive attitude and positive team player

  • Exhibits strong planning and organizational skills and high level of flexibility in a dynamic environment with experience leading projects with competing deadlines; Experience across multiple Therapeutic Areas and Study Phases

  • Demonstrates/Drives continuous improvement and simplicity in process and approach and enhance agility

  • Demonstrated business ethics and integrity

  • Preferred experienced in Oncology or Immunology
